🌍 Work at a state-of-the-art facility with an annual production capacity of 12,000 MT and export reach across USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia & NZ.
We are currently looking for a Sr. Executive – Quality who will work closely with the Quality Manager to maintain and enhance our BRC (A Grade), USFDA, and FSSAI certified standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, BRC, ISO 22000, and FSSAI systems
2. Conduct in-line and finished product inspections
3. Maintain and manage all quality-related documentation
4. Assist in internal/external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance checks
5. Lead daily hygiene checks, swab testing, and microbiological sampling
6. Support staff training, traceability, and recall simulations
Candidate Profile:
1. B.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Tech, Microbiology, or relevant field
2. 5–7 years of QA experience in the frozen food industry
3. Familiar with BRC, ISO 22000, USFDA, FSSAI standards & audits
4. Strong documentation, reporting, and team supervision skills
5. Proficient in MS Excel, QA software & ERP systems
