We have urgent requirement of *Shift- Brewer* in Vairagi Breweries Pvt. Ltd. – Barabanki (UP).
Experience – 2 – 3 Years Minimum (Consider Only Beer Industry)
Qualification: – Post Graduation/ Graduation
Responsibilities:
• Day to day handling shift operation like: Raw material reconciliation, brewing temp profile, able to manage yeast management operations. Raw material and final products flavour to meet the set quality standards. Lookout the also beer filtration activities.
• Managing end to end plant operations with respect to PGP and quality standards from brewing to production.
• Ensuring high quality of all products made and making improvements for achieving better quality.
• Focus on raw material consummation, filter powder consumption, Utility usage,
Also able to handle SAP module and UP excise module.
Immediate joiners are preferred
Salary: As per industry.
