Key Responsibilities:
- Product/By-product Quality Monitoring (Tallow & MBM Export)
- pH & Temperature Monitoring
- Daily Microbiological Testing
- Country-wise Health Certificate Management
- Plant Visits for Food Safety Compliance Audits (ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP)
- Record Maintenance as per International Standards
Who Should Apply?
Candidates with experience in food safety audits, export documentation, microbiological testing, and compliance implementation in the food/meat industry.
