Ivory Agro Foods Pvt Ltd is a dedicated co-manufacturer for PepsiCo India, specializing in producing high-quality snacks. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality in our operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all quality control processes to ensure compliance with PepsiCo standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and ensure HACCP and ISO compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and safety.
- Provide training and guidance to the quality team.
✔️ Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the food sector, particularly in quality control and food safety management.
- Strong knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, and ISO standards.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
