Job Description:
• Ensuring quality control of raw materials, finished goods and the production processes in accordance to the set guidelines
• Managing in-process and finished goods product quality and food safety
• Document all Inspection & Quality Testing information in QC records
• Maintain GMP/ GHP in plant
• Implementation of Food Safety Management System to ensure compliances with company policies and FSSC 22000, applicable customer, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Implementation of prerequisite programs such as complaint handling, verification and validation activities, calibration, training, sanitation, pest control
• Responsible for the food safety validation, and implementation of new or existing equipment / methods in production
