Job Title: QC/QAHead – Frozen Meat Industry (Hosur)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of quality systems (HACCP, FSSAI, GMP, and hygiene standards).
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Lead internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
- Train production and operations teams on food safety and quality practices.
- Maintain all QC documentation, testing reports, and traceability records.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Science, or Microbiologist.
- 3–5 years of experience in QC/QA from the frozen foods / meat / FMCG / food processing industry.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO, and FSSAI standards.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory (to manage North Indian workforce).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
