Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make production plan as per demand plan on a weekly and daily basis.
- Create and raise needed ingredients request for fulfilling production to the sourcing team.
- Create and check checklists related to floor maintenance, hygiene and machinery maintenance.
- Ensure availability of handlers on floor by planning and raising request to production admin in-charge.
- Maintain records of production input, output, wastage and WIP on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure production processes, as established by the R&D team, are followed meticulously.
- Ensure GMP(Good Manufacturing Practices) and GHP(Good Hygiene Practices) are being followed on the production floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, etc., to streamline production processes.
- Schedule and lead training sessions with manpower to maximise efficiency.
- Implement inventory management best practices such as FIFO, Inventory aging, etc., in the warehouse.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing production floors in the food manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated experience in manufacturing line management, planning, and target setting
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Certification in Three Sigma, Six Sigma, GHP, and GMP is mandatory.
- Preference for additional certifications such as HACCP, 5 S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Auditor’s training, etc
- Strong discipline and attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in manpower handling and task delegation.
