Job Title: Production Executive – Beverage Industry

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Production Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, manage production staff, and ensure all products meet quality standards. The role requires a focus on efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement of production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily production operations, ensuring smooth execution.
- Monitor production schedules and work to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain and improve production efficiency, reducing downtime and waste.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
- Supervise and train production staff to ensure a high level of performance.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production role within the beverage or food industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement practices is a plus.
