We’re Hiring: NPD with quality – Food Technology 🌟
📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai
🔍 Role Highlights:
Product Development: Innovate and formulate new food products aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet FSSAI, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and maintain GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
Production Planning: Oversee trials and ensure smooth scale-up from lab to production.
Vendor Management: Source raw materials, evaluate suppliers, and manage contracts.
🎓 Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Sc./M.Tech in Food Technology
- 3-4 years of experience in food product development or quality assurance
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in product development, regulatory compliance, and quality auditing in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge Of GMP, HACCP, and food safety management systems.
- Expertise in creating Nutritional Information tables and ingredient labeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
