Urgent Hiring for full-tie Mixologist
Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mixologist at Veeba. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating and testing new beverage recipes, training staff on beverage preparation and presentation, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- *The candidate needs to have a good knowledge of various syrups to make different types of drinks
- *Stays current and is knowledgeable on the latest drink trends
- *Understands the fundamentals of Mixology and the ability to uphold our Beverage Culture
- *Deep knowledge of how food, mocktails, and other beverages work in harmony with food selection
- *The ability to suggest wines that will best complement particular foods off the food menu
- *Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems
- *Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards
- *Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- *Creating new cocktails and mocktails
- *Marketing, promoting and upselling of the products
- *Excellent Customer Service Skills, customer handling
- * Beverage cost, upsell, maintain beverage cost
Qualifications:
- *Strong communication and customer service skills
- *Experience of 4-9 years in the food & and beverage industry and familiarity with bar equipment and techniques
- *Culinary skills and knowledge of flavor profiles
- *It would be beneficial to include a degree or certification in mixology or bartending
- *Familiarity with local and international beverage trends, and a passion for creating unique and memorable beverage experiences for customers
