🔧 Role: Production Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
🗓 Production Planning & Coordination
Plan daily production activities to meet targets
Optimize manpower, machinery & raw material use
👥 Team Supervision & Management
Supervise shop floor activities
Train and guide new production staff
Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs & product quality standards
Work with QA/QC teams for inspections & corrective actions
📄 Compliance & Documentation
Maintain production records & BMR
Support audits and regulatory inspections
🛠 Equipment & Safety
Ensure smooth machine operation
Implement safety protocols across operations
📦 Inventory & Materials
Monitor material usage, reduce wastage
Coordinate with stores & purchase for timely stock
💡 Continuous Improvement
Participate in productivity and process improvement initiatives
Promote shop-floor innovation
📊 Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily/weekly/monthly production updates
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
