*We are looking for professionals with Premix Development experience to join our R&D team at Cup-Ji Foods & Beverages Pvt. Ltd.,Rabale, Navi Mumbai.
1. Senior R&D Technologist
Position: R&D Officer (Experienced 2+ years in Premix, RTD Development)
- Lead R&D projects for tea, coffee, and functional premix formulations
- Conduct ingredient research, stability studies, and sensory evaluations
- Scale-up trials from lab to production for commercialization
- Prepare lab-scale samples for internal evaluations and client requirements
2. Food technologist (Fresher)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the QC and production team for ISO guideline
- Assist in premix formulation and development trials
- Conduct lab-scale experiments and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory guidelines
📍 Job Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai (Preference for local candidates)
🎓 Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology or related field
