Rorosaur is an up-and-coming new-age D2C baby food brand that is disrupting the space for working parents. With a rare food innovation technology, we aim to revolutionise the food space for growing babies and bring them a taste of nutritious superfoods.
Responsibilities
- Identify Raw Material supplier as per COA’s and work with manufacturer to procure ingredients for food manufacturing
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming raw materials
- Understand SOP and work instructions clearly
- Work closely with manufacturing team to ensure that the SOP and working instructions and followed perfectly and ensure perfect quality product delivery
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, quality assurance which includes detailed reports and performance records
- Prepare documentation and implement the Recall procedures
- Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met
- Develop inspection and testing protocols for materials, products and packaging.
- Work with the manufacturing team to guide them about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product
- Work on Research and development of new products for baby food as per requirement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology or Science or relevant field
- Experience as a food technologist (1-2 years minimum)
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have good understanding of Food processing technologies
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards
- Should be willing to visit the manufacturing facility in Taluka Mangrol whenever production cycle is planned
- Have an innovative mindset to explore R&D opportunities
