The opening, perfectly timed with the festive spirit of Onam in Kerala and Ganesh Chaturthi across India, marks an auspicious step forward in growth, innovation, and sustainable food solutions.

The expansion is more than just added capacity. While it strengthens speed-to-market and enhances the ability to deliver customized flavor solutions for both domestic and global markets, its biggest milestone is setting a new industry benchmark.

The Thuravur plant is now officially India’s first facility producing 100% Ethylene Oxide (EtO)-free seasonings—a breakthrough that reflects dsm-firmenich’s commitment to food safety, quality, and innovation.
