- Position: Area Officer
- Location: Operational District of Shwetdhara
- Eligibility: Minimum 2 years’ experience as Area/Cluster Manager in dairy or rural development
- Qualification: MBA / MSW / B.Tech (Dairy Technology) / M.Sc. (Dairy/Allied Sciences)

- Supervise milk pooling points and field facilitators
- Ensure milk quality standards and daily operational targets
- Facilitate member engagement, training & grievance redressal
