What are we looking for?
- Candidates with a B.Tech in Food Technology
- 5-6 years of experience in R&D within the Food Industry, particularly in Mayonnaise and Culinary Sauces. The role focuses on new product development, innovation, and ensuring product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing new products and enhancements
- Managing vendors for R&D activities
- Keeping abreast of market trends and industry updates
