The journey of Dairy begins with Late Shri Purshotam Narayan Gupta who has started the business with selling of Mawa & Milk Business in 1960’s. Later on his sons Late Shri Lalit Kumar Gupta & Shri Shankar Lal Gupta continued the business by adding some more quality products in their family business. After Losing Late Shri Lalit Kumar Gupta in 1993, Mr. Shankar Lal Gupta alone continued and expanded the business. After passing some years, when his brother’s sons named Mr. Manohar Lal Gupta, Mr. Madhumilan Gupta & Mr. Deepak Prakash Gupta and his own son named Mr. Siddhant Gupta were grown up, they started helping him to grow the business more and all of them involved themselves for the different roles for the industry. Further they established multiple Milk Collection Centers and increased their milk procurement day by day. The company is working as 3rd Party manufacturing Milk & Milk products for Amul Dairy. Since, there was the origin of Narmada Amrit Dugdh Sagar Pvt Ltd. Now, the company has more than 400 plus his own employees working with them. Currently, Narmada Group is having more than 200 Crores as its Annual Turnover.

🔹 Responsibilities: Milk quality testing, plant supervision, hygiene control
🔹 BMC Chemist / Center Incharge
💰 ₹14,500 – ₹19,000/month
📍 BMC Centers
🔹 Responsibilities: Milk collection, quality testing (Fat/SNF), equipment hygiene
🔹 Technical Officer / Shift Incharge
💰 ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
📍 MCC/BMC Facilities
🔹 Responsibilities: Shift management, plant machinery handling, reporting
🔹 Ammonia Operator
💰 ₹16,000 – ₹22,000/month
📍 MCC Plants
🔹 Responsibilities: Operate & maintain ammonia refrigeration systems, safety monitoring
📌 Requirements (for all roles):
- Relevant education (BSc, Dairy Tech, ITI, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience preferred
- Willingness to work in rural/plant-based locations
- Strong team player with operational discipline
