Job description
Role & responsibilities
- Online Monitoring and process.
- Ensure quality of product by GHP and GMP practices
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedure.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data (Market returns and Quality complaints) and analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- Implementation of OPL, Kaizen and 5s.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with all department team members regarding food safety, food fraud and food defense activities.
- Conducting trainings related to food safety management system, Quality Assurance, GMP, GHP, Allergens management, process deviation, Customer complaints and House Keeping activities to all staffs and casual workers.
- Market visit and co-packers visit on need basis .
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge on HACCP, GMP’s, GHPs and SOP’s. Advanced skills in MS Office. Organizational and leadership abilities. Communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Problem-solving skills.
- Experience as Sr. QA Executive /Food Safety Team Lead in beverages and/or relevant Industry. Should be able to handle QA/FSTL activities independently as per regulatory body/organization requirements.Role:
