๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Oversee and manage the entire quality assurance and control framework.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards.
- Lead audits, inspections, and process validations.
- Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage and train the quality team to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D for product consistency and safety.

- Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8โ10 yearsโ experience in quality management, preferably in the dairy industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
