Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & monitor Quality Control systems in the French Fries production line
- Ensure food safety, hygiene & compliance with FSSAI & international standards
- Conduct raw material, in-process & finished goods testing
- Develop SOPs, quality parameters & documentation for frozen food products
- Lead quality audits, HACCP, GMP & ISO implementation
- Coordinate with production & maintenance teams to maintain product consistency
- Train & guide quality team members for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology / Microbiology / Quality Management
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Frozen Foods / French Fries line
- Strong knowledge of QA / QC practices, HACCP, FSSAI
- Leadership qualities with problem-solving skills
