Industry: Food Processing / FMCG (Food Industry )
Are you passionate about innovation in food technology? We’re looking for a dynamic experienced R&D Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving product development and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead commercialization efforts and ensure quality, timely delivery of new products
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies
- Develop and test formulations to meet consumer and regulatory standards
- Analyze product quality data to identify improvement areas
- Maintain detailed records, reports, SOPs, and audit documentation
- Collaborate with production teams for scale-up and implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Food Technology
- 3–6 years of experience in R&D within the food/FMCG industry
- Proven track record in product development and innovation
- Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
- Team player with attention to detail and adaptability
