We’re Hiring – Executive, R&D (Food Technology)

Location: Karunagappally, Kollam, Kerala

Experience: 3–6 Years

Industry: Food Processing / FMCG (Food Industry )

Are you passionate about innovation in food technology? We’re looking for a dynamic experienced R&D Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving product development and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercialization efforts and ensure quality, timely delivery of new products
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend studies
  • Develop and test formulations to meet consumer and regulatory standards
  • Analyze product quality data to identify improvement areas
  • Maintain detailed records, reports, SOPs, and audit documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams for scale-up and implementation
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Food Technology
  • 3–6 years of experience in R&D within the food/FMCG industry
  • Proven track record in product development and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and processing
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Team player with attention to detail and adaptability
