Are you a Quality Assurance professional with experience in the food processing or agro-based industry? We’re looking for a Quality Incharge to ensure top-notch standards in our Noveg (plant-based/vegetable processing) operations!
- Job Location: [Greater Noida]
- Industry: Food Processing / Noveg (Plant-Based Products)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Quality control & Assurance across production processes.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, or other food safety standards.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage documentation, SOPs, and quality certifications.
- Train staff on hygiene, GMP, and quality protocols.
- Liaise with suppliers & regulatory bodies for quality compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.**
- 4+ years in QA/QC within food processing (vegetable/plant-based preferred).**
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, BRC, HACCP, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
