📍 Location: Talaja, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

Position: Quality Manager
📌 Experience: 5–8 years in the food industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all quality control activities across production stages
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, BRC, ISO standards
- Lead internal/external audits and maintain necessary documentation
- Guide and train quality team members
- Collaborate with production and procurement to resolve quality issues
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, regulatory compliance, and food safety norms
- Experience in the export/manufacturing sector preferred
Position: R&D Manager
📌 Experience: 4–7 years in the food industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead new product development and formulation improvement
- Research market trends and ensure innovative product offerings
- Collaborate with QA/QC for trials and pilot runs
- Document formulations and maintain R&D protocols
- Ensure alignment with export market needs and compliance standards
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, or allied fields
- Proven experience in food R&D and process development
- Knowledge of ingredients, functionality, and food regulations
