Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented candidate with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the frozen food industry. (ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat items)
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic quality protocols and production hygiene standards in frozen food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing and maintaining quality control procedures specific to frozen food products.
• Monitor and document critical control points (CCPs) in the production process.
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process batches, and final frozen products.
• Ensure temperature compliance during production, storage, and packaging stages.
• Help in maintaining sanitation and hygiene protocols across the processing area.
• Assist in managing microbiological sampling, shelf-life testing, and documentation.
• Support the team in regulatory compliance as per FSSAI and internal standards.
Candidate Requirements:
• B.Sc/Msc. in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a frozen food production facility.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI regulations.
• Willingness to learn and work closely with the QA and production teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow SOPs.
