Kreata Foods is looking for an experienced Documentation Control Analyst to strengthen our Quality & Compliance team. If you have 8-10 years of experience in handling food safety audits and ensuring seamless documentation across departments, we want to hear from you!

Job Description:
As a Documentation Control Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining documentation required for audits, including BRCGS, FSSAI, FSSC 22000, APEDA, HALAL and HACCP compliance.
- Verifying and reviewing documents from all plant departments to ensure regulatory and certification compliance.
- Coordinating with Quality, Production, Procurement, and other teams to gather and update records.
- Ensuring timely submission of audit-related documentation and maintaining an audit-ready status.
- Implementing best documentation practices and ensuring adherence to global food safety standards.
- Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits by certification bodies.
- Updating SOPs, policies, and compliance checklists as per regulatory changes.
Who Should Apply?
- Experience: 8-10 years in food safety compliance & audit documentation.
- Education Qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or related Food Industry background.
- Strong understanding of food industry regulations and certification processes.
- Detail-oriented individuals with expertise in documentation control & compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
