Trulydesi is an initiative driven by GauEcoGram Agrovikas Producer Limited Company with the objective of welfare of farmers from rural India and connect them directly with the customers to sell their produce at a reasonable price and make them economically strong. Our products range from Desi A2 dairy products to residue-free & fresh vegetables and certified organic groceries.
The dairy products come directly from our-owned dairy farms consisting of a large cattle stock of Pure Desi Gir cows, where all our cows are well looked after, fed with organically grown fodder, and milked after their calves are well fed. On the other hand, the vegetables are grown using cow dung & urine (Gobar & Gomutra) based organic fertilizers and pesticides. We pride ourselves on playing a small but significant role in the economic development of our country by connecting farmers with genuine consumers.

We are looking for a Quality Executive (Female) to join our team and ensure the highest standards in dairy production. If you have a passion for food safety and quality assurance, we’d love to hear from you!
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and GMP standards.
- Conduct quality checks, microbiological & chemical testing of milk and dairy products.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation in the production process.
- Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints with corrective actions.
- Train production staff on food safety & quality protocols.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance (Dairy/Food Industry).
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
