About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Pilot Plant Production Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in pilot-scale production processes and serves as a bridge between product development and full-scale manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and operating pilot plant equipment for trial runs.
- Support the preparation and processing of product batches for testing and validation.
- Conduct quality checks on trial batches, including physical and sensory evaluations.
- Assist in scaling up formulations from lab trials to pilot production.
- Document all trial observations, results, and deviations in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with the Product Innovation and Development (PID) team to refine processes and optimize production.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of production processes and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
