Join Nutrizoe, a women-centric brand revolutionizing nourishment during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. We’re looking for a dynamic NPD Executive with Quality experience in food to lead innovative food product development, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality excellence.
📍 Location: Malad, Mumbai
What You’ll Do:
– Develop cutting-edge food products aligned with market trends.
– Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, and other regulations.
– Conducted quality audits and optimized production planning.
– Manage vendor relations and product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology or related field.
– Experience in product development, regulatory compliance, and quality auditing.
– Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
- Develop innovative food products based on market trends, consumer needs, and business goals.
- Formulate recipes and optimize product formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and nutritional standards.
- Create and validate Nutritional Information (Nj) tables and ingredient lists.
- Conduct product testing, shelf-life studies, and sensory evaluations to finalize formulations.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all products comply with FSSAI, FDA, and other applicable regulatory
- requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory submissions, labeling, and claims.
- Oversee compliance audits and mai ntain records for inspections and certifications.
Quality Assurance & Auditing:
- Develop and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards.
- Manage quality checks during raw material sourcing, production, and finished product stages.
Production Planning:
- Collaborate with the production team to establish efficient workflows and schedules.
- Monitor production trials and ensure successful scale-up from lab to factory.
- Address and troubleshoot any production-related challenges promptly. Vendor Management:
- Source and evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of product development activities, formulations, and processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on product performance, regulatory audits, and production outcomes.
