Food Safety Manager:
Location: Puthoor, Kollam, Kerala
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor food safety systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP and BRC standards.
- Conduct internal food safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training on food safety protocols and hygiene practices to staff.
- Prepare and lead the company through food safety audits and certification processes.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local and international food safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Food Safety Officer or similar role in the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and other food safety management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and guide teams.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
