Job Title: Food Technologist – Recipe Expert

About Us:
We are looking for an innovative Food Technologist to join our team and help us scale recipes for factory-level production while maintaining quality, taste, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize recipes for large-scale production without compromising on flavor, quality, or safety.
• Collaborate with R&D, production teams, and suppliers to ensure all ingredients and processes are aligned with production goals.
• Analyze current recipes and processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct trials, and tests, and adjust formulations as necessary to meet production and shelf-life requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Work closely with supply chain and production teams to manage raw material procurement and costs.
• Document and standardize processes for recipe production, ensuring seamless integration into factory operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in scaling recipes from small batch to bulk production in a factory setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Familiarity with food processing equipment, ingredients, and manufacturing processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with scaling recipes in the [specific product category, e.g., snacks, baked goods, beverages, etc.].
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO, or other food safety systems.
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment.
