- Job Title: Senior Food Analyst – Chemical Section
- Company: SIMA LABS PVT. LTD.
- Location: Mayapuri, Delhi.
- Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 (Or as per experience)
- Experience Required: 3-4 yrs
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct chemical analyses of food products to ensure quality and safety compliance.
– Develop and validate analytical methods for various food matrices.
– Interpret analytical data and prepare comprehensive reports.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on food safety and quality.
– Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in food chemistry.
– Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a collaborative team environment.
– Assist in troubleshooting and resolving analytical issues.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in a food analytical laboratory, particularly in the chemical analysis of food products.
– Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality control standards.
– Proficient in laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
– Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
