We are urgently seeking a skilled and dynamic Production Executive to join our team at Licious in Gurgaon.

Job Description:
- Oversee and lead meat production processes for seamless and efficient operations.
- Strict adherence to safety standards and established procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for seamless coordination and goal achievement.
- Promptly identify and resolve maintenance challenges to minimize downtime and optimize production efficiency.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance overall productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a meat processing facility for at least 4-5 years.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage and motivate a team-based environment.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and GMPs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain food safety.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and foster collaboration.
- A continuous improvement mindset to drive operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
