- NPD Manager (minimum 5 to 8 years of experience)
- NPD Executive (minimum 2 years of experience)
Location – Kota, Rajasthan.
Brief: To be responsible to liaison cross-functional team of product development, packaging development and manufacturing personnel to develop new products for a rapidly expanding market.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identification of areas for product development through market research & market feedback.
- Hands on experience required in product development, recipe formulations and up- to – date information on ingredients and packaging materials.
- Detailed knowledge of FSSAI regulations and other packaging & food compliance bodies.
- Launch new products after following rigorous testing and research.
- Closely work with R&D, SCM and operation teams.
- Assist in thinking and execution to drive innovation across current and new platforms.
- Develop the intimate knowledge of consumer behavior and trends through primary research and consumer insights.
- Develop pricing strategy and profitability plans using product innovation.
- Lead strategic project for the brand from time to time.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Food Technology/Diploma in food science.
- Relevant experience in FMCG or similar Industry.
