- Experience: 2-6 years of Relevant experience
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Food Technology/Chemistry.
Job summary :
The Quality Assurance (QA) Senior Executive will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and/or development processes.
The Executive should have hands on knowledge on handling and calibration of analytical instruments. Experience in Chemical analysis of food & beverages and knowledge on FSSAI and other relevant regulations of the industry. The executive should be conversant with latest best practices on quality management.
Main Job Tasks :
- 1. Periodic Inspection and analysis of Raw Material and Finished food products.
- 2. Raw Material receiving as per FSSAI Standard and internal Lite Bite Foods standards.
- 3. Periodic Checks for Finished Goods during packing operations. Dispatch observation.
- 4. Temperature monitoring and compliance of cold room.
- 5. Monitoring & analysis of Water treatment plant (RO water).
- 6. Verification of records pertaining to Quality & food safety.
- 7. Monitoring GMP compliance.
- 8. Customer complaint analysis & RCA & CAPA
- 9. Timely Reporting of non-conformances observed and their resolution with RCA & CAPA.
- 10. Monitor adherence to SOPs in blending and packing operations. Understand production issues and mitigate critical issues escalated.
