Job description

Conduct standardized tests on food, to ensure compliance with standards and regulations regarding factors

Perform regular maintenance of laboratory equipment by inspecting, calibrating, cleaning, or sterilizing.

Analyze test results to classify products or compare results with standard tables.

Maintain records of testing results or other documents

Record or compile test results or prepare graphs, charts, or reports.

Need to know food safety and haccp quality norms.

Qualification:

Candidates should have a B-tech./m-tech./ b-sc./M-sc.in Food Technology or Bio technology or Food safety and quality assurance.
