Looking for an NPD Product Specialist โ Bakery & Pastry (Recipe Development Focus) (Exp.2-3 +Years).
Qualification:
- Bachebr’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, Baking Science, or related field
- 2โ5 years of hands-on experience in bakery product development or food R&D
- Deep understanding Of bakery & Chocolates ingredients, processing methods
and formulation techniques - Familiarity with NPD processes including costing, sensory evaluation and shelf-life studies
- Strong creativity, problemโsolving and project management abilities
- In-depth knowledge of baking ingredients, processes and recipe scaling
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
