We are looking for a 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿/𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – Research and Development who can join our dynamic team in 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗮, 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
● Lead R&D projects while ensuring compliance with SOPs and leveraging project management tools.
● Develop innovative formulations and processes that meet regulatory, quality, and market requirements.
● Conduct pilot trials and organize consumer testing to inform product development.
● Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to scale up and industrialize new products.
● Foster relationships with suppliers to optimize product development.
● Represent R&D in product launches, ensuring all necessary documentation and specifications are in place.
● Implement productivity initiatives and train Research Technologists.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
● 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿’𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆, or a 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱.
● Should have 𝟴-𝟭𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of experience in Research and Development, ideally in the food industry.
● Possess strong project management, organizational and communication skills.
● Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead teams effectively.
● Proficiency in computer software.
